Terms & Conditions

The general terms and conditions governing ticket bookings, fare rules, baggage allowances, and flight operations of Enugu Air.

1. Booking & Ticket Validity

All tickets issued by Enugu Air are non-transferable and valid solely for the passenger named thereon. Tickets are valid for travel within one year from the original date of issuance unless specified under promotional fare rules.

2. Check-In & Boarding Deadlines

Passengers must check in at least 90 minutes before scheduled domestic departure. Check-in counters close strictly 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Boarding gates close 15 minutes prior to pushback. Late passengers may forfeit their seats.

3. Baggage Allowances

  • Economy Class: 20 kg checked baggage + 1 hand luggage (max 7 kg).
  • Business Class: 30 kg checked baggage + 2 hand luggage (max 10 kg total).
  • Excess baggage is subject to prevailing per-kilogram airport tariff fees.

4. Flight Reschedules & Cancellations

While Enugu Air makes every effort to adhere to published schedules, operational circumstances may occasionally necessitate schedule adjustments. In such cases, passengers are entitled to rebooking on the next available flight or a refund pursuant to NCAA passenger bill of rights.
